**Responsibilities**Analytics -Recommend and implement business changes to leverage emerging technologies and enable efficiencies across the Finance function -Design and implement timelines and processes to ensure appropriate financial deal-shaping support across the account -Ensure all standard operating procedures and best practices are successfully executed and understood by all cross functional teams -Provide pricing / new business support for new and extended business opportunities and/or review pricing calculations from engagement executives -Track and report third-party out-of-pocket expenses and client time, against program budget and account/engagement expense policy -Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and engagement metrics, and secure agreement on budgets and targets for KPIs for the purpose of financial reporting -Implement and direct processes to ensure constant monitoring and understanding of all balance sheet items, including inventory and receivables -Perform quality and service reviews in the team, to continuously improve the quality of service delivery -Collaborate with senior executives of various teams including Contract Management, Legal, Commercial team etc. to ensure contractual compliance with all relevant financial policiesEngagement -Collaborate with client and engagement partner executives, Client Group Finance Leads, and other finance operations executives (including statutory accounting) to communicate the status of the account financial position -Conduct recruitment activities for CFM service delivery team members and ensure processes are setup for onboarding, coaching, and engaging new team membersProcess Management -Monitor financial status and costs of the contracts and oversee the associated financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting process -Conduct the invoicing and collections process for a contract, ensure its consistency with contractual requirements, and follow-up on questionable or invalid expenses with the client team -Diagnose the root cause of questions and requests from client teams related to their accounts -Provide inputs for monthly review of expenses and capital for budgeting and forecasting process, and analyze variances with operational analytics and insight -Monitor the engagement shutdown activities validating the completion of pending action items -Own the account forecasting process including report submissions, quarterly estimates, variance analysis and executive presentation and communication, ensuring adherence to internal finance deadlines -Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams to maximize the profitability of engagements
