- Define and prioritize brand campaigns aimed at subscriber acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with Product, Content, and Performance Marketing, Business, Partners and more teams to ensure alignment of audiences communications with the brand's proposition.
- Coordinate regional marketing teams to ensure consistency with the overall brand strategy.
- Oversee the effectiveness of original content marketing campaigns and manage cross-functional teams in planning and execution.
- Manage the Disney+ regional marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
- Use data, analytics, and insights to assess marketing efforts and drive strategic decisions along with BI teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
- Partner with Publicity teams to maximize both earned and paid media exposure.
- Leverage owned digital platforms and social media channels to convert audiences into subscribers.What we need from you to be part of this story:- At least 5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing in Latin America. Preferred Industries: Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods, Communication & Advertising and Technology
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Leadership experience: Experience managing regional marketing teams and handling marketing budgets.
- Creative, strategic, and goal-oriented with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong consultative and persuasive skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
- Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in developing creative and media briefs that lead to successful campaigns: Strong background in running media campaigns, especially in dynamic, fast-moving environments. Track record of launching and sustaining global brands, content, or franchises.
- Ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex tasks with competing priorities.
- Strong resilience and ability to thrive under pressure, maintaining quality while juggling multiple initiatives: Ability to manage high volumes of tasks and shift focus quickly to meet evolving priorities.
- Hands-on experience in marketing movies and episodic content, preferably with a major TV studio, broadcaster, or SVOD service.
