● Advanced proficiency in Python, PowerShell, TypeScript, React, and C#.
● Deep Experience with REST API design, integration, and troubleshooting.
● Familiarity with Google Drive, XTRF, memoQ, Microsoft 365 suite, Intune,
Defender, endpoint management.
● Prior experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
● Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments is a plus. Support & Security
● Demonstrated background in IT support (Tier 2+, or similar roles) in a
cloud/SaaS-heavy environment.
● Strong knowledge of security best practices and regulatory frameworks (ISO,
HIPAA, GDPR).
● Experience implementing and supporting compliance documentation, audits, and
controls. Soft Skills
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
● Able to work independently in a distributed team.
● Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to automate and optimize. Extra Points
● Experience in the language services, localization, or SaaS/software industries.
● Prior participation in ISO 27001, HIPAA, or GDPR audits.
