It is located in the Salar Centenario Ratones, 3,800 meters above sea level, in the department of Los Andes, in Salta, Argentina.\nExploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating, providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency.\nWarehouse Superintendent W/M\n- *Description**\nCoordinate, supervise, and ensure the efficient execution of daily warehouse operations on-site, guaranteeing safety, inventory control, proper reception, storage, and dispatch of materials, and compliance with the operational standards defined by Eramine.\nThis position reports to: Warehouse Manager.\nLocation: Centenario de Ratones Site, Argentina. Roster 7x7\n- *Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities.
- Coordinate reception, document control, and storage.
- Ensure item traceability and identification.
- Perform inventory controls and deviation analysis.
- Ensure compliance with service levels.
- Supervise proper use of SAP.
- Lead order, cleanliness, and standardization (5S).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Train and develop the team under your responsibility.
- *Your Profile
- Required education: Technician or technical degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
- Tools: SAP-MM / WM (desirable), advanced Excel, Power BI (desirable).
- Regulations: ISO 9001, good logistics practices.
- Languages: Native Spanish, basic/intermediate English.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing.
- Experience in mining, oil & gas (desirable).
- Experience leading operational teams.
