Las posiciones tienen base en nuestras oficinas de **Puerto Madero.** Modalidad de trabajo **híbrida.****Responsabilities Compliance & Controlling Supervisor**:- Have a general knowledge for GBA process (RTR, AP)
- Responsible to coordinate SOX Independent Testing
- Responsible to coordinate and review the performance of SOX Controls self-testing (Operating Testing)
- Responsible to coordinate the annual review of Audit Test Scripts (Design Effectiveness)
- Responsible to coordinate Internal Audits
- Responsible to coordinate External Audits (US and Statutory Gaaps)
- Test and review internal controls
- Perform Monthly independent Controls and follow with process owners
- SOX Training
- Responsible to coordination the annual review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Desktop Procedures (DTP)
- Annual Budget (Finantials and HC)
- Monthly closing actitivies
- Monthly Forecast and P&L; variances analysis (Plan, Forecast, Actuals - Financials & HC) - Systems: NSAP and EPM
- HC information & Reporting
- GBS Billing (responsible to provide insights to calculate the service invoice)
- CAR GBS
- Account reconcliation
- Accruals, analysis, variances, FX etc 3016
- Contract Review
- Onbase - approval invoices
- Process Maturity
- Overtime review
- Headcount Reporting P&L; View
- Ad Hoc Activities**Requerimientos**:- Graduado de Contador Público/Lic Adminstracion (Excluyente);
- Más de 5 años de experiência previa en Contabilidad General (Excluyente);
- 3 años liderando equipos (Excluyente);
- Conocimiento avanzado de SAP (no Excluyente);
- Inglés Avanzado/Intermedio (Excluyente);
