- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
- Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
- Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
- Research and brainstorm on new methods of client acquisition based on data driven insights**Requirements**:- Currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in any field, or graduated less than 1 year ago
- Past experience doing sales in banking or financial services is highly desirable
- Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressure
- Passionate about crypto. Industry experience would be of an advantage
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese**Working at Binance**
