**About us**At MuseMuse, we are on a mission to revolutionize the museum experience by providing digestible artwork descriptions discoverable through personalized itineraries powered by AI. Our mobile app offers visual stories designed to enhance visitors' museum visits. We have recently launched our initial version with limited features and are now seeking to develop a mature and comprehensive app.**Senior iOS Engineer****This Role**We are seeking an experienced iOS engineer to spearhead the development of our app from scratch. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, designers, and project managers to launch a product that drives growth, monetization, and delivers a world-class learning experience.The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and offers remote work flexibility.**Responsibilities**
- Build a robust and advanced version of our app from the ground up.
- Collaborate with product teams to design, estimate, and implement new features.
- Efficiently translate dynamic product requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Develop high-quality, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
- Contribute to shaping our engineering culture by introducing innovative ideas, tools, and infrastructure to solve challenges.
- Make critical decisions regarding our tech stack and the overall architecture of our codebase.**About You**
- 3-10 years of programming experience with Swift or Objective-C.
- Deep understanding of SwiftUI and declarative programming.
- Experience in building app architectures such as MVVM, VIPER, etc.
- Familiarity with Combine and Swift Concurrency.
- Basic knowledge of AI.
- Proficiency in multithreaded programming and memory management.
- Capable of driving large projects independently within a distributed team.
- Ability to present multiple approaches to problem-solving and communicate trade-offs effectively.
- Passion for art history is a plus.**What We Offer**
