ABOUT THE ROLEAs a DevOps Engineer, you will design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, enabling reliable, high-performance systems that support continuous delivery.
You'll work closely with engineering teams to streamline development workflows, improve automation, and enhance system observability and resilience.
This role offers strong ownership, hands-on impact in production environments, and the opportunity to shape modern infrastructure practices in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Design and operate scalable AWS infrastructure;- Build applications using containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes;- Implement monitoring and logging tools such as NewRelic, DataDog, and Grafana;- Build and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform;- Improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions;- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis;- Work within complex SDLC environments;- Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline development and deployment workflows.MUST HAVES- 6–10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering;- Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments;- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized systems;- Proficiency with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools;- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent);- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar);- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems;- Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES- Experience working in an Agile environment;- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;- Self-awareness and a desire for continuous improvement.PERKS AND BENEFITS- Professional growth: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
