- Manage and follow up on clients’ monthly goals, tasks, and priorities.
- Maintain updated and organized business records, files, and estimates.
- Track sales, payments, invoices, and update bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Ensure all open tasks are documented and followed up in Planner.
- Stay on top of clients' CRM dashboards and business milestones.
- Handle reminders, renewals, and administrative needs like permits, licenses, and insurance.
- Support client communication, including reminders about networking, proposals, and deadlines.We’re Looking For Someone Who- Has excellent communication skills and is proactive in client interaction.
- Can manage multiple client accounts and juggle competing priorities.
- Is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized.
- Is comfortable working independently but also collaboratively with a remote team.
