**Technology Change Manager **role is responsible for supporting and governing the firm's Change Management process using the ServiceNow toolset, and includes recommending and implementing improvements to the process. This position performs quality assurance of technology change, as well as cross-LOB change scheduling and collision analysis. You will work with a broad audience of technologists, and may sometimes act as a translator between parties. This includes running cross-LOB Air Traffic Control processes and meetings for long range planning and scheduling, and near time change review through the Change Approval Board. This function also liaises with all lines of business and technology teams to provide effective review and management of significant corporate restrictions and blackouts. You will use your technology acumen to drive successful change activities and ensure mínimal impact to our customers and clients. Your understanding of critical data and configuration management will help reduce the risk of technology change. You will evaluate the success of change with an eye on continual improvement and will regularly recommend: improved scheduling and avoidance of conflicts; thoughtful implementation planning; quality pre and post validation testing. You will also evaluate proposals for Pre-Authorized change activity and provide support to our technology change owners, which may include training, development of documentation and job aids. As well, you will support change reporting analytics and measure success through Change related KPI's.Advanced knowledge of Service Now and strong understanding of risk and controls environment as well as Software Delivery Lifecycle, Change and Release processes are essential.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in product and infrastructure support, with a good understanding of core infrastructure technology (i.e. Network, Storage, Compute)
- Knowledge of risk and controls landscape, ensuring company-wide standards are met
- Ability to execute within a customer-centric environment
- Expertise in ServiceNow with proven experience in supporting transformational and migration activities, including functional QA and UAT testing of Service Now
- Experience with capturing business requirements and translating into effective, sustainable ServiceNow solutions
- 2+ years experience working on the ServiceNow platform in Change Management, with experience in: workflows and business rules; use of service catalogs and approval models; reporting and dashboards
- Experience with Release, SDLC and Change Management, to evaluate Technology change proposals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to articulate in practical terms the relationship between Change, Incident and Problem as well as Request, in order to recommend workflows and engagements across the processes
- Experience with developing process documentation and job aids for firm-wide distribution
- Proven ability to motivate others and lead change
- Proven ability to work under pressure on multiple work streams within demanding project timeframes
