- Collaborate with the real estate consultants team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications;
- Quickly iterate over the existing and new features to find the perfect solution for the problem;
- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of our innovative real estate platform using TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and other relevant technologies;
- Ensure the responsiveness and mobile-friendliness of the platform by implementing responsive design principles and mobile-first development practices;
- Work with all the kinds of UI elements around the maps to ensure the best possible user experience;
- Utilize version control systems such as Git to manage codebase efficiently and collaborate with team members effectively;
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code to ensure the long-term success and stability of the platform;
- Participate in code reviews, debugging sessions, and troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve technical issues promptly;
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform and stay ahead of the competition;
- Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to streamline the deployment process and ensure reliability;
- Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team.**Must haves**
- Proficient knowledge of TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js;
- Strong experience with both front-end and back-end development;
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript;
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development;
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL;
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git;
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.**Nice to have**
- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js);
- Knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java;
