This role is key to ensuring that internal processes run smoothly and that the founding team can stay focused on strategy, fundraising, and business development. The position reports to the COO/CFO and collaborates with the broader leadership team.\n🔍\nResponsibilities\n· Manage and improve internal financial reporting processes (e.g. cash flow, runway, budget vs presente).\n· Support operational planning, including budgeting, hiring coordination, and tracking of company OKRs.\n· Coordinate with external accounting and legal partners for reporting, invoicing, taxes, and compliance.\n· Assist with investor reporting, grant management, and due diligence documentation.\n· Create dashboards and operational KPIs to support executive decision-making.\n· Collaborate with all departments to ensure administrative and operational tasks are executed efficiently.\n· Continuously propose and implement process improvements.\n📚\nRequirements\n· Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.\n· Some experience (internships, part-time roles, or academic projects) in finance, operations, or business support is a plus.\n· Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
