We are in search of a Marketing Automation Specialist who will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts through the effective utilization of HubSpot, a leading marketing automation platform. This role is pivotal in helping our organization reach its marketing goals and contribute to our ongoing growth and success.Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Expertise: Become the in-house expert on HubSpot, customizing and configuring the platform to suit our specific business requirements.Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness within HubSpot by managing and updating contact lists and segmentation.Lead Generation Support: Assist in the generation of high-quality leads and help optimize lead scoring and qualification processes.Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to marketing and sales teams on how to effectively use HubSpot's features and tools.Integration: Collaborate on the integration of HubSpot with other business systems and tools used within the organization.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in marketing automation to propose improvements to our marketing strategies.Qualifications:
3 years minimum prior experiencePrevious experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.A strong grasp of B2B marketing concepts and strategies.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.HubSpot certification is a plus.Familiarity with the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector is advantageous.What We Offer:
