- Manage all planning and scheduling activities related to the recruiting process such as:- Setting-up and scheduling briefings calls and interviews.
- Answering queries from hiring managers as they relate to the recruiting process.
- Support on tracking, analysis and reporting of applicant pipeline throughout the various stages of the recruiting process.
- Ensure data integrity of information managed in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Brainstorm, highlight and contribute to continuous improvement ideas.
- Act as the main contact for all coordinating matters with external service providers and agencies.**About you****Experience**
- Students from Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relationships, Psychology or related fields.**Skills**
