As a Tecnico Commerciale – Water Filtration & Membrane Solutions (m / f / d), you will be responsible for managing and expanding our membrane-based water treatment business in Italy.You will combine technical sales consulting with market development and building long-term customer relationships.
Your focus will be on operational execution, where you can directly apply your expertise and skills to drive business growth.Essential Job Functions :Develop new business and grow existing customer relationships across ItalyUnderstand customer needs and application requirements to recommend tailored membrane solutionsContribute to the regional sales strategy and support marketing and customer retention initiativesHandle product certifications, quality documentation, and company accreditation processes for key marketsMonitor competitor activities and market trends to support pricing and positioning strategiesManage day-to-day sales operations including offer creation, order follow-up, customer support, and complaint handlingConduct technical product presentations, training workshops, and represent at trade fairs and seminarsCollaborate with Product Management and Technical Teams on pilot projects, product adaptations, and design supportAct as a regional liaison and provide hands-on support across countries when neededYour Profile :Education : University degree in Process or Environmental Engineering, or a related technical fieldProfessional Experience : Strong background in sales within technical or industrial environments, specializing in the membrane filtration or water treatment sector, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving growthExpertise :o Proven track record in B2B solution sellingo Good knowledge of membrane technologies, applications, and market requirementso Skilled in using CRM systems such as Salesforceo Experience with pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and project-based saleso Confident in delivering product trainings, workshops, and high-level customer communicationLanguages : Business-fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written); other European languages are a plusPersonality :o Customer-centric and consultative approach to saleso Strong communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and functionso High level of self-motivation, resilience, and adaptabilityo Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilityo Willingness to travel as needed (approx. 30%-50%)
