Role Overview
The E-commerce Specialist works under the strategic direction of the E-commerce Manager and is responsible for executing initiatives that drive online sales and improve conversion rates. This hands‑on role supports daily Shopify store operations, merchandising, landing page creation, app management to enhance the customer experience, email marketing campaigns, and SEO optimization. The adecuado candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Focus: All tasks are executed under direction with the goal of increasing conversions and driving revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesShopify & Product Management: Execute direction from the E-commerce Manager to update prices, add new products, maintain homepage, collections, product pages, and create/maintain landing pages. Optimize listings for SEO and sales. Manage apps that improve the customer experience.
Merchandising & Website Optimization: Execute merchandising directions to highlight products and promotions. Build campaign and promotional landing pages, troubleshoot site issues, and use apps strategically to increase conversions.
Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo): Execute email and SMS campaigns and flows as directed. Segment audiences, monitor performance, and test for formatting, deliverability, and links.
SEO & Site Performance: Support ongoing SEO initiatives including keyword implementation, on‑page optimization, content updates, and technical SEO basics. Monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools and recommend improvements to increase organic traffic.
