- Architect, build and implement accessible features in MuleSoft’s reusable component library
- Support and partner with product teams in shipping accessible products and resolving accessibility bugs
- Design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites
- Value team excellence over individual productivity
- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to address complex problems in real-time and keep services operational and highly available**Required Skills**:- Proven and demonstrable track record of being a top performer in current and past roles
- Industry experience in developing or upgrading large web products to meet accessibility standards and best practices. Strong understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
- Expertise in front-end programming skills including semantic HTML, Javascript, CSS, and Typescript
- Experience with modern Javascript libraries/frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular, or similar
- Great attention to detail and appreciation for design quality, delight and polish.
- Strong communication skills and interest in advocating for accessibility
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience**Desired Skills**:- Solid understanding of web component architecture principles
- Passion to improve the web for people with a diverse range of abilities
- Experience using assistive technologies (such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver)
- Experience with agile software development, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD)
- Experience with unit testing tools/frameworks such as Jest
