**On any given day you might**
- Build comprehensive and holistic digital marketing reports showcasing results, insights and clear recommendations.
- Analyze data for different marketing channels, with focus in Analytics, CRM and Paid social.
- Contribute to test & learn agendas, by creating data backed hypotheses, analyzing A/B testings and recommending next best actions based on results.
- Craft measurement frameworks/strategies and tagging plans from scratch.
- Implement analytics and paid media tags on websites/apps.
- Work side by side with strategy teams to identify consumer insights and trends, using diverse research and analytical tools.**The ideal person**
- Has a strong background in measurement and analytics (site or microsite, app, social and digital media)
- Loves data and has strong analytical skills
- Is a proactive and resourceful problem solver
- Has excellent written and oral communication skills
- Is eager to help people understand business needs through data
- Enjoys working with cross-functional teams
- Is up to date with upcoming tracking trends in the industry (eg. alternatives to cookie tracking, etc...)**You bring**
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, social sciences, or related.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a related role (working with analytics, digital marketing, CRM, etc.)
- Strong storytelling skills and experience in ad-hoc reporting using several data sources.
- Advanced skills in website or app tagging and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics, etc)
- Intermediate understanding of Paid media platforms (Paid Search, Programmatic, SEO, Ad-Serving, Paid Social) and CRM.
- Experience working with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio or similar tools.
- Experience supporting growth experiments through A/B testing.
- Upper intermediate / Advanced English
- Excellent spreadsheets capabilities (MS Excel, Google Sheets)
- Desired (but not required):- Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience working with research and social listening tools (Brandwatch, Netbase, GWI, Facebook Insights, e-marketer, etc...)
