- Act as the main point of contact between the business partners and the operations team in order to ensure the correct translation of the objectives of each line of business into performable digital metrics.
- Position yourself as a benchmark for best practices in digital campaign planning, being able to identify and articulate the historical experience gained from each line of business and finding new opportunities to improve results.
- Be able to transfer your knowledge on digital performance guidelines to our business partners (consulting) and to our operations team (specific technical training).
- Develop the follow up together with operations, developers, business partners and partners of all technological aspects required for the implementation of performance oriented guidelines (pixelation, parameters, optimization of funnels, etc).
- Provide in a consistent and comparable way, with different degrees of openness and detail, the information of digital campaigns to the different areas of the company (BI, business partners) in order to provide the necessary information to evaluate the investment made at all times, its associated KPIs and, at the same time, so that the digital area as a whole can improve its impact on the business.
- Be passionate about digital media and its value in Marketing strategies in general, and in our industry in particular.
**Basic Qualifications**:What we need from you to be part of this story:- At least 5 years of experience in planning, platform optimization and reporting of digital media campaigns in both media agencies and consumer brands (end-to-end management of performance campaigns).
- Experience managing regional campaigns.
- Experience in campaign execution on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc).
- Experience executing campaigns on search engines.
- Experience in campaign execution on DV360.
- Experience executing programmatic buying campaigns (DSP).
- In all cases the focus of your expertise must be oriented to conversion campaigns and with business return indicators.
- Knowledge of attribution models.
- Knowledge of best practices in Video guidelines.
