You will create and execute Growth strategy for McKinsey clients' digital sales. Building out top-performing B2B and B2C paid media programs across SEM, Display, Affiliate, YouTube and Social advertising platforms as well as owned channels.You will manage a team of Digital Marketers working across a variety of platforms, including but not limited to the Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter, Amazon DSP/Sponsored Posts, The Trade Desk, Oath, Google Analytics.You will work closely with Marketing Operations to pull insights across the digital customer journey of our customers and bring possible optimizations for CRO, partnering with internal stakeholders on strategies to increase acquisition and conversion.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics, Engineering & Business; Advanced degree or specialization in Digital is a plus
- 5+ years of experience executing and/or leading digital marketing programs for top digital marketing agencies, internet-companies or client marketing organizations
- Experience working with digital marketing analytics tools such as: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, AppAnie, Adjust
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Programmatic, CRO, Mobile, CRM
- Knowledge in tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of non-technical and low technology literacy stakeholders and customers
- Ability to influence and be a natural leader to manage the internal team and coordinate the multidisciplinary external teams in complex client environments
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel
