- ** Your Role **:The Regional HR Expert - Communication & Engagement is responsible for driving effective, efficient and creative communications that distill and disseminate vision, values, brand and strategy to employees across SCA region. Responsible for formal and informal communication throughout Kuehne+Nagel, including communication to employees, with employees and from employees to upper management, and in alignment with external communications. Act as the Expert for the local organizations consultancy in the dedicated field of communication.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:- Implement the Communications strategy and framework, in alignment with global input and BU/ FU needs in SCA.
- Act as a consultant in terms of communications and engagement.
- Create guidelines/ toolkits/ Train the Trainers and all the required tools to deploy the processes and products to the implementation owners, such as HR_BP, Managers and/or Employees.
- Support the change management strategy through a compelling approach according to biz and cultural needs under our new strategy (Roadmap 2026).
- Promote a Culture of Employee and Customer Centricity (KNX), through Communications.
- Bring KN organizational communications to life for employees through compelling content and the use of creative design, video and digital media, while counseling senior leadership on ways to amplify KN´s vision and culture.
- Work closely with HR Leadership, lead the communications for priority HR initiatives that support employee engagement objectives including KN culture, leadership, GPTW and DEI (diversity, equity & inclusion).
- Develop strategic organizational narrative, key messages and activation ideas.
- Develop and implement strategy for employee communications with a focus on driving BU/FU objectives, and reinforcing corporate culture and myBehaviours.
- Work in a collaborative way with the global communications team to ensure a consistent KN story.
- Optimize the usage of all the Social Media channels, resources, etc, internal (eg myKN+) as well as external (eg LinkedIn) to enhance KN's brand and reputation.
- Bring the State-of-Art and Market Intelligence in Communications and translate it into solutions for KN.**Your Skills and Experiences**:- Communications, Marketing or related areas University Degree
- Internal Communication programs/ Marketing/ Publicity experience
- Fluent Spanish and English skills
