- Responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of Lenovo's internal supply chain systems, including but not limited to: SAP ECC, APO, JDA Planning, HANA, and related platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues promptly to ensure business continuity.
- Provide IT optimization recommendations from a holistic system solution perspective to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Follow SLA (Service Level Agreement) standards for incident response and resolution.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong PL/SQL development skills; familiar with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and other common databases.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDA) is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to analyze system anomalies and propose optimization solutions.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); must be able to work in a global team environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts or rotating shifts (if applicable).
