- You will have a passion for software development and working in a modern software development business which is customer centric with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role and appropriate tertiary qualification in a background working with Informatica in a modern software development business which is customer centric.
- You will bring Data Analytics experience designing, developing, and testing ETL and previous Database development using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Developer.
- You meet initiative deadlines and have an eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies and processes with your knowledge of development methodologies and intimate knowledge of SDLC.
- You have a proven, hands-on experience with Informatica, PL/SQL development and worked as an Oracle SQL Developer with all around Automations PL/SQL Developer and experience working with software solutions involving direct customer or Operations interaction.
- You bring excellent English communication skills and a degree in Software programming, Computer Science or Engineering, i.e. minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Your technical expertise includes exposure in reports and dossiers using MicroStrategy, knowledge of the utility/energy industry sectors, maybe an Oracle Developer certification or Oracle SQL Developer, an all around Automations PL/SQL Development, SQL*Plus, TOAD, Unix shell scripting and experience with Linux, PowerShell, Jenkins, and Jira.**Key Responsibilities**:
The Informatica Software Developer will create and maintain the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) procedures for the Data Warehouse (DW) environment using the Informatica PowerCenter suite. You will maintain data model documentation if changes to the ETL require database changes, and develop, test, and deploy associated DDL including the management on releases of changes to ETL scripts, DDL, and scheduling components from Development to Test to Production. You will ensure that the requirements for all the processes have been satisfied which may include but not limited to the following:

- You will develop Technical Specifications documents and design and programming of agreed developments/modifications to the system.
- You assist other developers in the design of their components and collaborate with Hansen Business Analysts with defining customer requirements and unit testing of code and quality assurance of system associated with resolving issues relating to the integration of project deliverables.
- You provide system promotions to existing and new customers and ensure established standards and procedures are followed at all times with diagnosing and correcting system defects and identifying situations where the system must be customized to meet client requirements.
