Position Summary Job role The General Delivery Services, Business Process Management Functional Analyst (Supervising Associate 64) is part of the Global Business Process Management (BPM) team and will be expected to work with EY practitioners globally as per EY support operating model.\nThis team member has the primary responsibility for designing, modelling, testing, and implementing EY’s process knowledge. He/she will also be responsible for analyzing, validating, verifying and managing requirements needs for existing and new projects. He/she will have strong, front-line consulting experience with ARIS platforms, including ARIS IT Architect/Business Designer, ARIS Business Simulator, and ARIS for SAP.\nJob Responsibilities\nKey Result Areas\n\n
- Responsible for designing and developing industry specific process models that can be used to support EY’s client opportunities and accelerate project delivery
\n
- Support industry leaders and practitioners with the design and development industry-specific value chains and business process classification frameworks
\n
- Lead and drive process modeling initiatives with very minimal support and guidance
\n
- Act as an ARIS subject matter expert on external engagements and provide project advisory support—strategic and functional
\n
- Play key role in requirement gathering/process design workshops with large groups of SMR’s and business teams
\n
- Design and create end-to-end process models using EPC and BPMN modeling standards
\n
- Set up the ARIS project database for new projects/engagements—including process and model architecture and ARIS group structure
\n
- Analyze and improve business processes in ARIS based on experience and semantic checks
\n
- Work in a multi-user ARIS environment and ability to export and merge process models
\n
- Apply common enterprise architecture (EA) practices and develop EA related assets
\n
- Actively develop and enhance EY BPM methodology-including modeling standards and conventions
\n
- Maintain a pulse on leading practices/trends around business process management, EA, modeling standards, etc

- Fluent, expert with the ARIS modelling method
\n
- 4-6 years of ARIS software solutions work experience
\n
- 4-6 years of recent experience, in areas such as: Business Process Management capability and process strategy, business process analysis, business process design and modeling, business process improvement, KPI and metric development, BPM tool deployment, process mining etc
\n
- 4-6 years of EPC and/or BPMN 2.0 modeling experience
\n
- 4-6 years working with business process analysis & management suites, such as IBM Blueworks live and SAP Signavio tools etc
\n
- Knowledge and use of Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks—including ARIS, TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, DoDAF, etc
\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement
\n
- SAP implementation project experience using ARIS for SAP platforms
\n
- Previous experience in Application/Infrastructure Lifecycle
\n
- Previous experience in Data Modeling and Mapping
\n\nPreferred Technical Qualifications:\n\n
- Experience in managing ARIS configuration: Methods and Conventions (Filters, Templates, Models, Attributes, etc)
\n
- Experience with importing database content: ARIS Merge

- Ability to establish measures for ensuring consistency of the ARIS database
