Explore our Digital Specialist position and apply!'Your day to day'- Actively explore and set up tailored Digital solutions to address the specific needs of the market operations.
- Perform end to end process for Digital Trade Engagement (Salesforce) task template creation and task validation (testing, approvals and publishing) keeping the Media Plan updated based on the market request.
- Collaborate with the Global Capability and Digital teams to find the proper brand agnostic contents / training materials.
- Perform Digital Trade Engagement Catalogue maintenance, updating and documenting proposed catalogue changes. Support and Update Trade Program Reward Management (i.e.: Incentive calculation & reconciliation)
- Maintain Digital Trade Engagement Master Data Database, performing retailer creation and user registration, ensuring clean-up of inactive accounts and performing database quality checks. Structure and provide the reporting and analysis of the data obtained from Digital tools.
- Provide administrative support on E-ordering: retrieve orders, perform upselling & pricing, update product categories and promotions.
- Design and execute personalized campaigns, optimize service workflows, and harness data-driven insights to drive commercial impact, managing Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud.Who we’re looking for- University degree or advanced student, preferably in Administration, Economics, Marketing or Commercialization.
- Fluent/advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Have at least 1 year of experience with good understanding of business and digital systems/tools (Salesforce preferably).
- Relevant experience in managing communication with Customers.
- Strong social, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, results delivery and presentation skills
- Proficient in handling MS Office
