Lead dealer recruitment, evaluation, appointment, and termination processes to secure a sustainable and efficient network.
Establish and monitor dealer performance management systems (sales, after-sales, customer satisfaction, financial health) and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with dealer partners, supporting business growth and enforcing brand standards.
Oversee dealer investment assessments and network optimization projects (location selection, relocations, upgrades).
Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure network supports business targets.
Monitor competitors and market trends, proposing innovative network development strategies.
Report regularly to regional or headquarters management on Argentina's network operations and progress.
Requirements and skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Experience in the automotive industry, in dealer network management, channel development, or related leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of the Argentine automotive market and regulatory framework; Strong understanding of dealer operations and profitability models.
Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
Proven ability to lead projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Desirable Experience in multinational OEMs or large dealer groups with successful network development track record.
Desirable Knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) and new energy vehicle market trends.
Desirable Background in project management or financial analysis.
