- A considered affinity for exploratory testing methods, spanning black-box to white-box
- Relentless eye for detail
- Experience communicating via issue trackers: FogBugz, JIRA, etc.
- A demonstrable ability to create effective bug reports
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with distributed teams
- User-centric familiarity with accessibility technologies, such as VoiceOver
- Experience with development IDEs, profiling tools, and network analysis tools are a plus
- Scripting or programming experience is a plus
- Scrum Certification is a plus
- Able to work during North American business hours**What You'll Do...**
- Create and execute strategies for project test coverage
- Be a vocal advocate for quality and testability throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers, designers, other testers, project managers, product managers, and project sponsors
- Communicate project status, raise awareness of risks, and document defects
- Operate in Agile development processes
