The Client Data Protection (CDP) Account Manager is responsible for assessing compliance with established data protection controls and standards across client engagements to reduce business risk to Accenture, our clients, and our clients’ clients. As part of this role, the CDP Account Manager supports client-facing account teams in identifying and evaluating security gaps and developing appropriate remediation action plans to minimize information security risk.The CDP Account Manager works closely with Accenture Managing Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers to help enhance risk management capabilities across engagements.Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of Accenture’s Client Data Protection Program, with a focus on data protection program planning, policy and procedure development, data classification, data privacy, risk assessments, and the implementation of programs and solutions.- Define and validate compliance with technical and business requirements related to regulatory obligations.Job Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.- Advanced level of English is mandatory.- 5+ years of experience in Security and/or Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, IT Project Management, Data Privacy, or Compliance.- One or more relevant industry certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISA, or CISM.- Proven ability to quickly assimilate new information and drive the adoption of effective Cybersecurity Program Management best practices.- Experience with regulatory examinations and a strong technical understanding of audit and testing concepts.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple assessments and issues concurrently.- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, PCI, ISO 27000 series) and regulatory requirements.- Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Nice to Have- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.- Understanding of cloud security frameworks and risk management programs.- Subject matter expertise in three or more cybersecurity key control domains.- Experience working across both U.S. and offshore geographies.
