- TASKS- Responsible for career development, succession planning, performance management, reward and recognition and team building of LATAM scientists.
- Work with marketing team and regional sales leaders to ensure commercial strategies are aligned - take ownership of implementing strategic marketing objectives in the region, including tradeshow participation.
- Co-drive with sales the external /customers partnerships and discussions with focus on innovation, value-creation, and pipeline building.
- Drive the implementation & execution of the new launches plan in the market in collaboration with field marketers and commercial organization.
- Build brand new lab capabilities in the region with equipment needed to support customers:- Lead the regional team in utilizing the lab space for customer projects with business potential
- Work with marketing team to externalize our knowledge and scientific background with market
- Ability to assess key business metrics and situations from a holistic point of view and set and deliver ambitious improvement targets.
- Keeping up to date with technology’s advancements and interests in the local markets.
- Represents AD&I; and regional needs on internal global multifunctional project teams
