We're hiring! 🎮 BoomBit · Gdańsk (hybrid/remote) · UA Creative Team About us\nBoomBit is a mobile-first studio with 150+ titles live across iOS, Android, Nintendo Switch, Steam, and web. We've been in the hypercasual and hybrid-casual space long enough to know one thing for certain: the creative that gets the install wins. Everything else is secondary.\nOur UA creative team is 15+ people. We test fast, kill fast, and scale hard. Playables are one of our highest-leverage formats — and we're building the capability to make them a systematic competitive advantage.\nResponsibilities:\n→ Building full playable ad experiences end-to-end — from creative brief to network delivery\n→ Taking care of projects technical development\n→ Programming games in Three.js and Typescript\n→ Independent work and team coordination\n→ Taking care of code quality and documentation\n→ Build reusable templates and tooling that speed up iteration for the wider creative team What we're looking for Must-have:\n→ At least 3 years of experience in a commercial project\n→ Advanced knowledge of one of the following programming languages: Typescript / C#\n→ Willingness to learn Three.js and Typescript\n→ Good knowledge of Unity 3D\n→ Experience with animation, network, UI and gameplay\n→ Experience backed up by games released for iOS/Android platforms\n→ Ability to debug, optimize code and solve complex problems\n→ Ability to write high quality and easy to maintain code\n→ Strong math skills\n→ Good spoken and written English Strong plus:\n→ Experience in any JS game engine\n→ Experience with Node.js\n→ Basic experience with shader programming (preferably GLSL)\n→ Basic experience with Blender\n→ Understanding the specifics of various mobile platforms (iOS/Android), consoles, PC, web\n→ Relevant degree is a plus\n→ Data habit: you read performance dashboards and form hypotheses before the UA team asks\n→ Creative eye — you understand what makes something feel good to tap, not just functional Why BoomBit:\n→ Your playables run against a live portfolio of 150+ titles — constant material, constant data\n→ Direct line to UA performance: no six-week release cycles before you see results\n→ A creative team that already runs AI tools, custom pipelines, and experimental formats — you won't be defending your toolchain choices\n→ Hybrid from Gdańsk, competitive salary, performance bonus structure To apply: Show us something you built.
