*A TASTER OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGManage a portfolio of 200+ active VIP customers, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and maximizing customer lifetime value.Build strong, trust-based relationships with high-value players through personalized communication via multiple channels.Proactively identify VIP needs, pain points, and preferences to offer tailored promotions, rewards, and exclusive experiences.Support Product Managers and CRM teams by contributing to the planning and execution of VIP campaigns.Monitor individual player activity to anticipate churn, identify trends, and take action to optimize engagement.Continuously improve communication strategies and VIP experience quality.Collaborate closely with internal teams including Payments, CS, Risk, and CRM to ensure seamless VIP operations.What we're looking for:Native-level communication skills in Argentinian Spanish, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in English is a strong asset to collaborate across international teams.Experience managing a client portfolio in iGaming, betting, fintech, sports, entertainment, or other digital services.Proven track record of direct customer interaction, relationship building, and managing customer needs and pain points.Solid understanding of VIP management, CRM tools, segmentation, and campaign execution.Goal-oriented, analytical, and confident working with KPIs and performance metrics.Commercial mindset and a passion for what drives revenue and long-term customer value.Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.Strong passion for sports and casino – you speak the language of your customers.Hybrid Model: 3 days in office 2 remoteBy submitting your application, you understand that your personal data will be processed as set out in our Privacy PolicyPlease fill out the following form.
