- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Proven experience working with Python.
- Strong understanding of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development.
- Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, where the engineer orchestrates, validates, and integrates model-produced code into larger systems.
- Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
