Coordinate and process bookings for SAP trainings, including managing training schedules and participant registrations.
Provide registration assistance to both internal and external customers for training programs.
Create, maintain and cancel courses as required.
Handle responsibility for course invoicing and follow-up.
Provide first level of customer support via hotline and ticketing system.
Commit to continuous process improvement within the department.
Take ownership for reporting activities related to training and finance operations.
Manage various general administrative tasks efficiently.

What you bring:

A proficiency in Italian and English is required, with Portuguese being a bonus.
Demonstrable experience and capability in delivering excellent customer service.
Solid problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer and operational issues.
Ability to multitask and maintain a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a finance related field or role would be advantageous.
