Role will not have any direct reports. Key Interfaces: Business Partner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Enterprise Architect, Business Client, Internal DTS teams and other software developers. External Interfaces: DropShip vendor teams and external vendors.Travel may include approximately 10% of work time.**Main responsibilities**:- Support in the definition of functional business requirements to ensure strategies and solutions align with business needs.
- Design high quality end-to-end solutions to meet the business needs both now and in the future by ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, scalable resilient and secure.
- Define detailed specifications according to which solutions are defined, managed, and delivered.
- Ensure design practices, artefacts and processes are in line with leading industry patterns and practices.
- Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution design and delivery.
- Build expertise of best-in-class solutions / technology
- Works directly with Business resources and Developers to drive functional/technical solutions for business requirements within complex projects.
- Maintains in-depth understanding of functional landscape for their capability area.
- Distribution/Order Fulfillment Business processes: A good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into functional goals.
- Integration knowledge: APIs and integration with other systems. Experience of integration with SAP ECC/S4 ERP, SAP CPI and Blue Yonder WMS is a plus.
- Problem-solving: The ability to address business and customer needs by solving complex problems.
- Communication: The ability to understand business requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
- Analytical skills: A strong understanding of analytical skills and techniques.
- People skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills**Key Qualifications and Experiences**:
**Mandatory**:- Bachelor's degree;
- 10+ years of Professional experience of Information Technology experience including working directly with business clients.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP Sales and Distribution module and the understanding of cross-workstreams is mandatory.
- At least one end-to-end SAP implementation in the Sales and Distribution domain is desirable.
- Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of eCommerce and **industry standards** is a plus**Nice to have**:- Technical skills and the ability to do debugging are a plus.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and managing cross-regional projects.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), TM (Transportation Management) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS is a plus.
- Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations.
- Broad range of business and IT experiences.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
