The IT operator must have good communication skills, in order to work with the team, to provide solutions to our clients.**What you'll do**:- Attention to Backup and Storage alerts.
- Relaunch of failed Backup Jobs.
- Management of physical and virtual libraries.
- Storage health check reports.
- Resolution of low complexity incidents.
- Escalation to higher technical levels in the event of complex and/or critical incidents.**Who are you?**
- A junior technical profile in BUR and Storage, preferably with knowledge in VEEAM Backup, Networker and/or DataProtector.
- Proven experience in Operations and monitoring of Backup and Storage platforms.**Other qualifications**:- Knowledge and experience in ITIL processes.
