We are looking for a B2B sales person in LATAM only. This is a junior/commission-driven sales role with unlimited earning potential. You'll identify and convert e-commerce brands, 3PLs, and warehouse partners into customers. Work directly with the CEO to shape our outbound strategy as we scale.What You'll Do- Prospect and qualify e-commerce brands, 3PLs, and warehouses needing packaging solutions
- Execute cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone using provided scripts
- Follow up on leads using Apollo and other prospecting tools
- Book qualified calls and guide prospects through our sales funnel
- Close deals end-to-end (you own the full sales cycle)
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot
- Refine messaging based on customer feedback and resultsRequirements:- Must be located in LATAM.
- We require an English resume. This role is for bilinguals only.
- Proven outbound sales and B2B business development experience
- Proven experience with cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Resilient and persistent - comfortable with rejection
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
