Full service. Done for you. Our clients close $10M to $1B+ in sales a year. Most of them will tell you their channel is the single best marketing investment they've ever made.\nLast month, 30 clients reported wins. 373+ leads. $85M-$100M+ in attributable sales. And we're growing every month. We're not a freelancer marketplace or a content mill. We run pods. Each pod is strategist, junior strategist, YouTube manager, plus editors, writers, and designers.\nOne team. 15+ clients. That pod owns everything. We're scaling from 100 clients to 300 to 1,000+. That means more pods, more editors, and more people who can ship quality work on deadline without anyone hovering.\nIf you're reading this and thinking \"that sounds like a lot,\" good. It is. Keep reading. Role\nYou edit real estate YouTube videos that generate leads, build trust, and drive millions in sales for our clients. Direct-to-camera, area tours, market updates, agent expertise. You take raw footage and turn it into something people actually watch to the end.\nYou'll work within a pod under a YouTube Manager, alongside strategists, writers, and designers. You're not working in a vacuum. You're part of a production system that ships 4 videos per client per month across 15+ clients per pod.\nThe standard is high. The turnaround is fast. If that excites you more than it scares you, keep reading. Responsibilities\nEdit and deliver 2 videos per week during your 60-day trial, ramping to 3+ per week once fully onboarded. Consistent 72-hour turnaround times.\nQC your own work against our editing checklist before submitting. Your manager shouldn't be catching mistakes you could have caught yourself.\nCommunicate daily, promptly, and often. If you go quiet, that's a problem.\nReport progress daily and align priorities to maintain seamless workflows.\nConduct retention reviews on your edits. What held attention, what didn't, and what you're changing next time.\nConduct competitor analysis and trend research to stay ahead of what's working on YouTube right now.\nKeep project files and asset management organized and up to date. If someone else needs to find your files, they should be able to.\nShare editing resources (motion graphics templates, intros, assets) with other team members. Hoarding slows everyone down.\nIdentify potential challenges early and communicate solutions before they become problems.\nProvide feedback on raw footage to the production team so future shoots give you better material to work with.\nCollaborate with team members to create engaging promotional content from long-form edits.\nContribute to data collection, video retention graphs, and post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement.\nOffer constructive revision feedback to other editors on their work.\nMonitor client channels for performance metrics and optimization opportunities. Requirements\nMinimum 2-3 years of professional editing experience. A portfolio showcasing your best work is required.\nStrong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.\nYou'll work in DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, Notion, and Dropbox daily. You don't need to be an expert in all of them on day 1 but you need to learn fast.\nSolid foundation in motion graphics, or a willingness to learn fast and integrate on-brand graphics quickly.\nYou can balance speed and quality. We ship weekly. Every video needs to meet brand standards and hit deadline.\nYou take feedback well and give it well. Revisions are part of the process, not a personal attack.\nYou experiment with new tools, workflows, and approaches without being asked. Results\n90%+ on-time delivery rate. Every month, 90% or more of your videos hit deadline.\n3 videos delivered per week (12+ per month) once fully ramped.\n90%+ manager approval rate on V1 submissions. Your first drafts come back with minor notes, not major revisions.\n90%+ client approval rate on final videos. Clients approve with minimal or no revisions.\nMaintain strong retention and watch time metrics across your edits. If average retention is dropping, you're the first one diagnosing why.\nSupport a consistent publishing cadence by maintaining a healthy backlog of ready-to-go content. The pipeline should never be empty because
