The organization builds and evolves core and operational products and services essential to connect the Peer Experience Group (CEG) and the business.**How will you make an impact in this role?**You will be responsible for the day-to-day payroll operations for LAC markets, ensuring timely and accurately salary payment to colleagues and compliance with local regulations for Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
- Manage a team of payroll analysts to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll services.
- Manage supplier performance for assigned markets, including SLAs and compliance with company
- and country-specific rules, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all local laws, regulations, policies, and any related regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for completing internal audits and reviews for payroll operations.
- Maintain and elevate all operational KPIs for the LAC region so that it helps drive scores and overall payroll performance.
- Work with different stakeholders internally and externally, as well as ensure the smooth execution of deliverables related to payroll operations.
- Partner with management to proactively pursue innovation, improvement of service levels and financial processes.
- Identify process or project risks and escalate with key stakeholders to find solutions.
- Work with team members to develop quality assurance processes.
- Serve as a sponsor of technology, automation, and enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with COEs and global stakeholders to deliver a great value proposition and expertise for all colleagues in the region.
- Manage enquiries and be responsible for timely action of all enquiries for assigned markets.**Minimum Qualifications**
- University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related
- 6+ years of proven experience leading LAC payroll and operations teams responsible for end-to-end payroll administration and support.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll, compliance, and employee taxes in the LAC region.
- Advanced knowledge of the Global View system (SAP) and Human Resources systems and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail. Experience leading a team in a matrix environment. Great for influencing others to drive flawless execution.
- High drive for results with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Global mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to cascade complex messages in a simple way to ensure employee engagement and alignment with the company's strategic priorities.
- Fully bilingual (English) required.**Preferred Qualifications**
