In doing this, we hope to create a **better and more human work experience**, equipping both employers and employees with tools they need to meet the challenges of work in the 21st century.**Our Proposal**We're looking for a **Senior UX/UI Designer** who helps our team with solving **workflows** for products and who can put **beautiful UIs **around them. You will be responsible for **designing user experiences **and you will work in the **design of the features** and **improvements** on our roadmap. Your main **responsabilities** will be:- Contribute to all aspects of design including need-finding, user research, detailed design, development of use cases and scenarios
- Own the conceptualization of design solutions with user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and visual mockups or interactive prototypes
- Establish a solid understanding of users and empathize with their needs

- **Bachelor's degree **or equivalent practical **experience**:- **+5 years **of experience as a **UX/UI Designer**:- Experience in **Figma**:- Strong **English skills** (advanced level)
