You will be a part of the Givaudan Business Solutions Center (GBS) by reporting directly to the HR Service Manager of Americas while partaking and owning end-to-end tasks.**Main responsibilities**:
Investigate requests by analyzing the nature of the situation, diagnosing the problem and routing clients to the appropriate 2nd line support when needed.
Update the database of customer queries and resolution status.
Ensure regular maintenance and update of standard operation procedures with local specifics for all countries across America.
Support a smooth transition of new countries to the new operating model through involvement in process gap analysis, table tops and testing sessions.
Prepare all standard GBS HR reports, including ad-hoc requests.**Basic Qualifications**:
1+ years of experience within shared services/call centers or customer service environment.
Excellent English and Portuguese both written and spoken (mandatory).
