This role will focus on designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance data pipelines that power AI-driven document generation (DocGen), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and enterprise intelligent applications.The ideal candidate has strong experience working with Python, PostgreSQL, data engineering best practices, cloud environments, and both structured and unstructured data.
This role collaborates closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Business stakeholders to ensure reliable data orchestration across AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for AI and document generation solutions.Support and evolve the DocGen product roadmap, implementing new technical requests from practice leads.Integrate, transform, and manage structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.Enable and optimize data flows for LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI use cases.Build and maintain document processing pipelines to support intelligent document-based solutions.Work extensively with PostgreSQL and other data storage technologies.Deploy and operate data solutions in AWS or Azure cloud environments.Use Docker and orchestration tools to support reproducible and scalable environments.Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization practices.Apply security and privacy best practices across data pipelines and AI workflows.Support the use of LangChain, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks when required.Collaborate on CI/CD and operationalization practices for ML/AI systems.Document architectures, data flows, and technical decisions clearly.Required SkillsStrong programming skills in PythonSolid experience with PostgreSQLHands-on experience with RAG architecturesDocument processing and handling unstructured dataStrong background in data engineering tools & practicesExperience with AWS or AzureExperience using DockerWorkflow orchestration experienceUnderstanding of prompt engineeringStrong knowledge of security and privacy handling in data / AI systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyAdvanced English (excluyente)Highly Relevant / Nice to HaveLangChainData annotation & labeling toolsFamiliarity with LLMs, ML systems, AI agentsMonitoring & logging toolingCI/CD for ML or AI workloadsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fieldsPostgraduate studies or certifications in Data Engineering, Cloud, AI, ML, or MLOps are a plus
