**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As a Vice President in the Business Resiliency team, you will support the execution of the resiliency strategic agenda within the Corporate and Investment Banking function, partnering closely with global stakeholders.Buenos Aires is one of JP Morgan's key strategic hubs with over 3,500 employees supporting different areas like Operations, Technology, Finance, Credit Risk, Human Resources, Legal.. among others, providing value-added services, products and solutions to our clients located in various countries around the world.**Job responsibilities**:- Support execution of the Corporate and & Investment Banking resiliency strategic agenda, partnering closely with integral stakeholders and the Firmwide Resiliency team
- Develop a cohesive and effective partnership with business and operations
- Proactively manage resiliency risks to incorporate appropriate mitigations and controls
- Engage with control stakeholders including 2nd and 3rd lines of defense**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Change Management - the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and to effectively manage effects of change to people, structure or technology
- Program management/Project Management and executive Reporting.
- Initiative - self-motivated, able to realize the need for change and seek feasible solutions.
- Analytical thinking - thinking through problems or situations in a systematic way
- The ability to effectively communicate in a collaborative way, ensuring understanding and maintaining audience attention.
- Relationship building across functions and geographies to expand influence and knowledge
- Decision making - able to identify, assess and select different courses of action
- Flexibility to work well both as an individual and as part of a team
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio)
- Strong prioritization, planning and time management skills
- Ability to interact effectively with management and drive results in a matrixes management environment.**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Experience in an investment banking Regulatory, Compliance or Operational team.
- Business Resiliency, Operational & Crisis Management experience.
- Knowledge of compliance, audit, risk and operational management concepts.
- Successful track record of delivering results;
- Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload
- Analytical and organized with a systematic thought process.
