Responsibilities All responsibilities entrusted to you include: Sharing with the National DPMs the responsibility of achieving volume and distribution objectives for the OP channel.
Ensuring the correct implementation of the planned actions in the annual Business Plan.
Maintaining appropriate stock levels in each distribution area.
Defining a long-term distribution model for the countries within your scope.
Performing annual investment and sales estimates for each distribution area.
Designing and implementing actions within the Business Plan focused on developing the distribution model.
Creating and developing strong commercial relationships with top distributors based on a win-win approach.
Defining ad hoc action plans for distributors to ensure the brand's long-term development in each area.
Leading your team by focusing on their strengths to maximize performance and potential.
Analyzing variables affecting brand development in your area and defining action plans to manage deviations.
Managing the budget correctly and controlling the distribution of free goods.
Periodically gathering necessary information from distributors (stocks, sales, consumptions) and sharing it internally.
Reporting periodically on the evolution of distribution objectives.
Qualifications University Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
3-5 years of experience leading sales teams in the Off Premise Channel.
Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills.
Understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behavior in FMCG.
Fluent in written and spoken English; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
High negotiation and communication skills.
Leadership, motivation, and team management skills.
Location: Buenos Aires.
