- Audit Information Systems on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of compensation data.
\n
- Update and maintenance of Regional Compensation Sharepoint site.
\n
- Evaluate and define salary offers for external and internal candidates. Analyze all the proposals for promotions, off-cycle adjustments and salary changes proposed by the different functional departments and business units, to guarantee the application of the current compensation policy.
\n
- Update of internal compensation files and reports.
\n
- Collaborating in the annual planning process for Merit increases, Annual Bonus and Long-Term Incentives.
\n
- Contribute with the collection of salary and benefits surveys.
\n
- Collaborate with the administration of the Pension Plan benefit in Argentina (control of invoices and general plan information, support in preparation of presentations).
\n
- Execute ad-hoc reporting for special projects as needed.
\n
- Propose new innovative ways to manage and systematize indicators and relevant data.
\n
- Identify opportunities to streamline benefit operations, improve employee experience, and enhance administrative efficiency. Implement best practices and recommend system enhancements.
\n
- Work closely with HR, payroll, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration of benefits administration with other HR processes.
\n
- Prepare documentation and support internal or external audits of benefits programs. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as needed.
\n\nWhat we need from you to be part of this story:\n\n
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.\n
\n
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions is desirable\n
\n
- Knowledge of compensation practices and trends. Experience in supporting day-to-day compensation needs of a large and varied client group.\n
\n
- Team player, Curious and willing to learn by doing in a changing environment\n
\n
- Proactive and trusted partner who builds strong relationships\n
\n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel\n
\n
- Ability to create and analyze formula-driven worksheets and data analysis.\n
\n
- Knowledge of Human Resources management system (Workday is desirable).\n\n
- Intermediate level of English\n
\n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills\n
\n
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities\n
\n
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion\n
\n
