As an Infrastructure Engineering - Sr Professional II, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing infrastructure systems that are essential for Fiserv's operations and growth. Working closely with a dedicated team, you will address complex infrastructure challenges and ensure seamless integration and performance of various systems. Your contributions will be key in driving innovative solutions and supporting our clients, significantly enhancing our overall business success.**What you'll do**:- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.- Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.- Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.- Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.- Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.**Experience you'll need to have**:- 4+ years of experience in infrastructure design and management- 2+ years of experience with network management- 2+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)- 2+ years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)- 2+ years of experience in performance tuning and optimization- 2+ years of experience in infrastructure security- 2+ years of experience in data integration and ETL processes- 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience**Experience that would be great to have**:- Experience with DevOps practices- Understanding of automation scripting for infrastructure management- Experience in infrastructure scaling technologiesThank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
