Job Description:
We are looking for a
Senior AI Developer
to join our team—someone with an agile mindset and a strong focus on rapid prototyping to support the design, development, and validation of AI Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
This role is critical to accelerating technological exploration and providing technical support for internal initiatives that involve conversational agents, RAG systems, and model training.
The selected candidate will also actively contribute to AI-based solution development for internal products and may be assigned to client delivery projects based on business needs.
We are seeking a versatile profile, able to adapt to changing contexts, solve emerging challenges, and collaborate across multiple teams including Product, Sales, and Technology.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and validate AI PoCs quickly and effectively
Contribute to identifying AI application opportunities in internal products
Provide technical support for internal developments integrating AI, working with internal/external resources and technology teams to improve or add new capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement conversational agents, RAG systems, and other AI-driven solutions
Train models and fine-tune pipelines according to business or user needs
Develop and maintain frontend and backend components required to integrate AI solutions
Work with Sales and Growth teams to estimate time, technical profiles, and capabilities for AI project proposals
Support hiring processes by evaluating AI-focused candidates for internal and client-facing projects
Document key learnings, decisions, and explored approaches to encourage continuous improvement and reuse
Participate in internal initiatives and, when needed, join client projects in a technical AI-focused role
Requirements:
Technical skills
Programming Languages: Python
Machine Learning Tools: TensorFlow/PyTorch, LlamaIndex, scikit-learn
Deep understanding of Deep Learning techniques and transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT)
Experience working with large datasets and data processing techniques (Data wrangling, ETL)
Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS
Familiarity with language models and advanced NLP techniques
Experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs, classifiers, embeddings, RAG models, etc.
Full-stack development experience with at least one modern tech stack
