- Lead a team of P&C; Business Partners, the Employee Experience Team Lead and the Facilities Manager within the People & Culture department to ensure the effective delivery of P&C; services and initiatives.
- Implement the P&C; Purpose Statement and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion principles, while overseeing the development and compliance of People and Culture strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through strong leadership, collaborative work practices, and clear communication within a diverse and complex international environment.
- Proactively build and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships with key stakeholders across the global network.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in People and Culture management roles.
- 5 years of Senior Management Experience.
- Strong understanding of People and Culture practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Strong experience within Comp & Benefits is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change, foster collaboration, and build relationships at all organisational levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Certification in HR management is a plus.**Skills and qualifications**
