In this role, the Compensation & Analytics Junior Analyst will collaborate & support compensation functions working in partnership with the Sr. Analysts of the team. This position reports to the Corporate Total Rewards and Analytics manager. The main objective of the position will be to understand the information needs of the organization and consequently prepare the relevant reports. Main Functions: Participate in the survey and analysis of main indicators of the HR area. Generate reports that help the management of the area, collaborate, and follow up on the updating of data in systems. Assist the different business units and provide support in implementation and management of SAP (HR management system) Collaboration in the implementation and administration of benefits and retention plans for the different business units Analysis of internal equity and external competitiveness; collaboration in the assembly of entry proposals and internal promotions. Survey of salary surveys to monitor external competitiveness Support in administration of short

1 year of experience in similar positions. Team player, curious and willing to learn by doing in a changing environment. Proactive and trusted partner who builds relationships and delivers high quality results. Ability to create formula-driven worksheets in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Human Resources management system is desirable. Advanced English
