PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: The LATAM Region South Finance Director provides financial leadership to the business, plays a key role in establishing and achieving financial objectives, and in formulating and executing business strategies.
This role partners with the Affiliate Management Team to balance long-term strategies with near-term business needs.
Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring internal controls are in place to safeguard the company's assets and to ensure that financial reporting and business practices comply with policies, legal requirements, and accounting standards.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with the Affiliate Management Team, Area Finance Director, and Centers of Excellence to meet financial commitments by providing insights and recommendations for effective decision-making.Oversee the financial planning submissions for Aesthetics Affiliate, including Plan, Updates, and LRP, and manage finance governance related to transfer pricing, cash flow, and internal controls.
Responsible for all affiliate management reporting requirements.Support the AFD and ALT to optimize affiliate P&L; and implement strategic decisions across business units.
Ensure timely and high-quality analytical and reporting outputs.Lead the S&OP; process in partnership with commercial, pricing, customer service, demand, supply, and regional SOP leads.Provide strategic partnership and insights in Brand Teams, challenging and advising on brand and business projects.Manage all AA Finance operations, working closely with local teams, Area Pharma, CoE, and Commercial units.Lead reporting activities for Sales, SG&A;, and Distribution Margin through detailed sales trend modeling and template maintenance.Implement financial controls to protect assets and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with policies and regulations.Participate actively in the Affiliate Management Team, presenting financial results, advising, and supporting decision-making, and contributing to strategic planning.Coordinate the preparation of the annual Long-Range Plan, annual Plan, Updates, and monthly estimates to align with business objectives.Foster a motivating environment to attract and retain talented finance professionals.Recruit, coach, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing, competent finance organization in LATAM Region South.REPORTS TO: LATAM Area Financial DirectorEDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:A degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required; a Master's Degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.CPA or equivalent certification preferred.Previous experience as a Sr.
Manager, CFO, or Controller.Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience, with broad exposure to finance functions including planning, analysis, internal controls, talent management, and business partnering.Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential.
