We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.As a Client & Business Specialist , you'll play a key role within the Regional Offshore LATAM team, acting as the main liaison between North America (NA) requests and LATAM talent. Your mission is to ensure the right resources are assigned to the right projects, lead regional strategic initiatives, and support business development efforts across the region.Key responsibilities include:ResourcingServe as the primary point of contact for resourcing requests from NA.Coordinate with LATAM offices to assign the best talent for each project.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work.Anticipate potential resourcing gaps and proactively address them.Maintain visibility on talent availability and skills across the region.Special Projects & GrowthLead and manage key regional initiatives aligned with growth strategy.Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.Track progress, identify risks, and ensure successful project completion.Pitches & Business DevelopmentSupport or lead regional and local pitches.Collaborate with NA teams to bring regional insights and perspectives.Contribute to pitch presentations and participate in client meetings.LATAM Talent Pool OversightMonitor and optimize resource allocation across the region.Track workload and utilization of the LATAM team.Support team development and foster a high-performance culture.Stakeholder ManagementBuild strong relationships with leaders across NA and LATAM.Facilitate effective communication between diverse teams and working cultures.Reporting & InsightsReport on KPIs related to resourcing, performance, and talent utilization.Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Who You AreYou bring 5+ years of experience in similar roles (resourcing, project management, operations, client service), preferably in creative or consulting environments.You are fluent in English , both written and spoken.You have proven ability to manage resources, projects, and stakeholder relationships.You are both strategic and hands-on , highly organized, and deadline-oriented.You're a collaborative leader who thrives in dynamic, multicultural environments.You're comfortable working with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Jira, or similar.We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we've adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week.
